


I loved the concept of Nectar! There was definite potential at the place however, due to the poor management of the “higher-ups”, I don’t know if that potential will ever be reached. They preach about culture and being a family, but how is that possible when upper management can’t show it towards their employee? If you are desperate and need a job then by all means apply, but if you have the extra time to actually find a job that could possibly turn into a career or something worth the pay then continue searching. You would think you were safe if you hit your minimum $14,000 right? Wrong. The pattern will continue and IF YOU DID NOT MAKE YOUR GOAL, THEN YOU WILL GET TALKED TO. So with that said, your next goal will be $16,000 for the month, then $18,000. IF YOU HIT $14,000 FOR THE MONTH, THEY WILL KEEP INCREASING YOUR GOAL BY $2,000. I’ve seen top selling associates in the company leave due to stress. Out of all the store associates in the company, only 5% of them weren’t getting written up? There is no sense of job security. My mind was blown when I found out about this.

With that said, THEY ARE ALL EXPECTED TO RECEIVE A WRITTEN UP FOR UNDER PERFORMING. When I left the company a month ago, about 95% of the companies retail store associates weren’t expected to hit goal. You are still expected to make $14,000 and if you don’t hit your numbers then you are written up. During busy times in the year it is reasonable, although through the slow times there is no compensation. Typically, your minimum monthly goal is $14,000 a month. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE THE COMPANY MONEY THEN YOU ARE FIRED.
